Wrap approximately 45 cm of floss around your middle fingers on both hands. Gripping it tightly between your thumbs and index fingers, glide the floss between your teeth carefully using a rocking motion. When the floss reaches the gum line, curve it gently against both teeth in a “C” shape, using different portions of the floss for each tooth.
