Returns will need to be confirmed with us before returning the products. Unauthorized returns may be refused. Refunds will be make until we receive the items.

Must be returned with 7 days of parcel receipt

Must be in its saleable condition (i.e. item in its original packaging, unused and unopened

Cancellations

Orders must be cancelled before dispatch. If it have been shipped must be posted back to us, shipping fee at the expense of the customer. The item to be returned must be packed securely and the customer will be responsible for the items until it is received by us. We will not refund for tamper product. Postage costs will not be refunded
