With almost 1,000 people already registered, tomorrow’s Pharmacy Careers Summit 2023 (PCS23) could well be the thirdbiggest event on the pharmacy calendar in Australia. Delegates to the Pharmacy Daily and Raven’s Recruitment event are being reminded that the summit opens tomorrow at 9am AEST. The conference program in the Auditorium commences at 9.50am with a welcoming address from the President of the Pharmacy Guild of Australia, Trent Twomey, and GM of Raven’s Recruitment, Heidi Dariz, with sessions continuing till 5.15pm. The Exhibition Halls will be visible from 9am and content accessible to all, but the “real action commences between midday and 4pm when all the Exhibitors will be staffing their booths and looking forward to any attendees keen to talk through text chat, individually or in a group,” said the organisers. There are also three distinct halls and over 30 community pharmacy banner groups, industry and peak bodies & universities attending. There will be a prize board, which will detail exhibitors that are offering the chance to win a selection of “amazing prizes so please review what’s on offer,” added the organisers. “Those delegates that get stuck and need a hand or have a question, can swing by the Information Desk,” the organisers suggested.
