Whey Protein Isolate (Milk) (95%) [Whey Protein Isolate (Milk), Emulsifier (Sunflower Lecithin)], Flavours, Natural Colour (Carotene), Sweetener (Sucralose), Salt.
Directions
HOW: Add 25g (3/4 levelled scoop) to 350mL of cold water in a cup or Musashi shaker and mix until dissolved. Consume immediately.
WHEN: PRE & POST-TRAINING: Use 60-90 minutes prior to exercise or within 30 minutes after sport or resistance training.
Daily: Can be added to water as a refreshing protein top up throughout the day and on non-training days.
Recommended one-day intake: up to 3 serves.
