Active ingredient is ferrous sulfate which is the only form of iron that is easily absorbed by the body to improve the symptoms associated with iron deficiency anaemia.

Common Uses
The prduct is use for iron deficiency and iron deficincy aneamia and to relieve, reduce and cure the symptoms associated with iron deficiency aneamia such as tiredness, fatigue, headaches , dizziness or light headedness, lack of abilty to concentrate , feeling cold and clamy , shortness of breath and lack of energy.
Directions
Take one tablet daily whole or as directed by physician, do not break, crush or chew.
