Vitamin B2 (riboflavin as riboflavin sodium phosphate) 1.6 mg
Vitamin B3 (Nicotinamide) 18 mg
Vitamin B5 (Pantothenic acid as calcium pantothenate) 6 mg
Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine hydrochloride) 2 mg
Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin) 1 microgram
Vitamin C (Ascorbic acid) 60 mg
Vitamin H (Biotin) 150 microgram
Folic Acid 200 microgram
Magnesium (as magnesium carbonate hydrate and magnesium sulfate dihydrate) 100 mg
Zinc (as zinc citrate tihydrate) 9.5 mg
Calcium (as calcium carbonate and calcium pantothenate) 100 mg
Paullinia cupana (Guarana) seed fresh extract 40mg from fresh seed 17.78 mg
Caffeine (includes naturally occurring caffeine in guarana) 75 mg

Directions
Adults only: Dissolve one tablet in a glass of water. Maximum recommended dosage
is 2 daily or as directed by your healthcare professional. Keep at least 4 hours interval between each bottle intake.STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS
