Each capsule contains:
Hydroxyapatite 550mg
Equiv. to calcium 160mg
Colecalciferol (vitamin D3) 6.25 micrograms
Menaquinone 7 (vitamin K2) 17.6 micrograms
Contains milk and soya bean products.

Vitamins/minerals can only be of assistance if the dietary intake is inadequate. Do not use if seal on cap is missing, torn or broken. Common Uses
Support general health and wellbeing in adolescents and adults.
Directions
Adolescents 12 – 18 years take 2-3 capsules daily.
Adults 19 – 50 years take 2 capsules daily.
Adults 51+ years take 2-3 capsules daily.
Pregnant and breastfeeding women take 2-3 capsules daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
STORE: below 30°C in a dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.
