Description

Adults – Take 2 tablets once a day, 30 minutes to an hour before bedtime.

Always read the label and follow the directions for use.
Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
WARNING – Valerian may harm the liver in some people. if you experience yellowing of the skin/eyes, dark urine, nausea, vomiting, unusual tiredness, weakness, abdominal pan, and/or loss of appetite, stop using this product and see your doctor. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional. May cause sedation and drowsiness, caution when driving and operating machinery.
