Directions
USAGE ADVICE
Adults – Day Tablet (Mega B Complex): Take 1 tablet once a day. Take with food.
Adults – Night Tablet (Valerian Forte): Take 1 tablet once a day, 30 minutes to 1 hour before bedtime.STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS
Store below 25°C in a dry place away from direct sunlight. DO NOT USE IF BLISTER SEAL IS BROKEN.
