This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see
your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible. [Contains vitamin B6]. A
daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary
supplements should not be exceeded. Do not use if cap and/or bottle seals are missing or broken. No sweeteners or added artificial
flavouring, colouring or preservatives. Vegan and vegetarian friendly.
Directions
For therapeutic applications of magnesium: Take 1 tablet three times daily.
For daily magnesium supplementation: Take 1 tablet daily.
