Description	FABFOL contains 500 micrograms per tablet of folic acid which if taken daily for one month before conception and during the first trimester of pregnancy has been shown to reduce the risk of neural tube defects such as spina bifida. It also contains 150 micrograms per tablet of iodine that is essential for brain and physical development and helps the baby grow, and 12mg of Iron per tablet.

Important Information	Contains no added yeast, gluten, wheat, lactose, preservatives, artificial colours, flavours or sweeteners. Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
