To help support immune function: Adults take one tablet daily, or as directed by your health professional.

Before you travel: Adults take one Frequent Flyer® Health Boost daily, 2 – 3 days before you travel.

While travelling: Take one tablet every 4 – 6 hours during your flight. Do not exceed 3 tablets per day. To stay healthy after you arrive at your destination, take 1 tablet per day, or as directed by your health professional.

When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms RE, Vitamin A can cause birth defects.

This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.

This product also contains sorbitol, sucralose, 255 mg of sodium and115 mg of potassium per tablet. Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet. If symptoms persist consult your health professional. Not to be used in children under 2 years of age without medical advice.
