Directions
Body & Bath Oil Bath Add 1-2 capfuls to tepid bath water and bathe for 10-15 minutes. Soaking your skin is beneficial for opening the pores and allowing the oil to penetrate deeper into the skin. Once you get out of the bath, do not rub the oil off. Instead, pat the skin dry and massage the excess oil back into the skin. You may be required to use more oil if your skin requires more hydration. Topical Application The oil can also be applied directly to the skin. One option is to massage into the skin before or after your shower to protect the skin. You can also use the oil throughout the day by pouring the oil into the palm of your hand and massaging onto the skin as required. C+ Eczema & Dermatitis Cream Apply Grahams Natural C+ Eczema Cream as often as required to keep the affected area moist (2-3 times per day). Use a small amount spread thinly over your skin. Eczema Gel Following the C+ Eczema & Dermatitis Cream, apply a small amount of Eczema Gel to the affected areas. Gently smooth into the skin. Store in fridge to assist in activating cooling effect.
