Ingredients	Active ingredients (per 600mL): Glucose monohydrate 13.2g, Citric acid monohydrate 2.59g, Sodium 668mg from Sodium chloride, Potassium 317mg from Potassium citrate, Magnesium 30mg from dried Magnesium sulfate, Calcium 48mg from Calcium carbonate, Zinc 1.2mg from Zinc sulfate monohydrate, Iron 600 micrograms from Ferrous sulfate, Copper 180 micrograms from Copper gluconate, Manganese 300 micrograms from Manganese sulfate monohydrate.
Directions	13 years of adult: Take 200 – 400mL every hour during activity. Do not dilute. Maximum Daily Dose: According to body weight, take up to 3 x 600mL (<60kg) or 5 x 600mL (>60kg) doses per day.
