Use NIVEA Q10 Power Day Cream in the morning and Q10 Power Night Cream in the evening before bed
1. Apply cream to cleansed face.
2.Gently massage in small circles, avoiding the eye area.NIVEA Q10 Power Day Cream SPF30 Directions for use: Directions for use: Apply liberally to exposed areas 20 minutes
before sun exposure, and again after swimming or towelling.
Avoid prolonged exposure to the sun. Reapply regularly at least
every 2 hours. Wear protective clothing – hats and eyewear when
exposed to the sun
