Dosage Instructions:
Take one soft capsule per day, swallowed whole, with a glass of water.
Each Soft Capsule Contains: Silicon Dioxide – 420mg, Biotin- 30ug, Manganese Gluconate – 48.13mg (equiv Manganese 5.5mg), Zinc Gluconate 107.8mg (equiv Zinc 14mg), Sodium Selenite 156ug (equiv Selenium 70ug).
